CompuCom Training Advantages
We have a number of checkpoints to ensure the quality of the deliverable:
- Clear course descriptions with prerequisites, goals and objectives This allows each person to find the class that meets individual needs and works with current skills. If assistance is required, an instructor works with the person and makes a recommendation.
- Post-class skills evaluation to measure the skill growth Approximately 97 percent of attendees report they learned something in class that they will use in daily work.
- Survey at the end of the course We gather feedback on items such as the instructor’s abilities, materials, and classroom environment. This survey measures the overall satisfaction with the classroom experience. On average, the results show that 96 percent of attendees had a positive experience and 98 percent would recommend the course and the instructor to a co-worker.
- Course retake option Any attendee that feels the need may retake a class for up to 90 days in another regularly scheduled class offering. We track the number of classes retaken as a measure of class effectiveness. Less than 2 percent of attendees retake a class.
