Order Process if your organization doesn’t currently have a BlackBerry Technical Support contract:

Purchase Advantage Support for BlackBerry Enterprise Server through your preferred BlackBerry reseller.
You MUST register your annual subscription with Research In Motion (RIM) to be eligible to receive the Trade-up Key. Your preferred BlackBerry reseller can help you with the registration process.
RIM will send you an email titled “Action Required: BlackBerry Enterprise Server Trade-up Key” with a form that you need to fill in and send back to btssprogram@rim.com. Please make sure to have your BlackBerry software SRP ID number ready.
Once the form has been sent back to RIM and the information verified, another email with the unlock key will be sent directly to you. After you have unlocked your current version, you can then download v5.0 via the BlackBerry Expert Support Center.
