Getting the most out of your SA investment is frequently a company-wide effort requiring the presence of a contract administrator to activate and communicate benefits to various users across the organization. As a result, many customers fail to realize the full value of their investments. To help customers get the most out of their SA benefits, CompuCom has developed the SA workshop. The SA workshop is a FREE service for new and existing CompuCom EA and select customers and is designed to help customers effectively communicate and leverage SA benefits across their organization.

The SA workshop goes beyond basic training and activation of benefits by helping an organization communicate the benefits of SA to key users within an organization. CompuCom can supply you with sample communications that can be used to inform the various parts of an organization on what the key benefits of SA are and how they can leverage them. After key stake-holders have been identified CompuCom will work with you to schedule the 90-minute workshop. <br> <br>

  • Web demo and set up of clients SA account with Microsoft (done using Microsoft LiveMeeting)
